We have failed over affected US01 services to new underlying cloud infrastructure, and Service Center is now available for all partners.

We are currently experiencing hardware issues on a database server attached to our US01 RMM hosted environment. As a result there is a Service Center outage for all US01 partners.

We are currently investigating the issue further and will provide updates as necessary.
